Description

This High Protein Kinder Pingui Bowl is a delightful twist on a classic treat, combining creamy quark with a rich chocolate layer. It’s a healthy, protein-packed option that satisfies your sweet cravings without the guilt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Egg
  • 15 g Flour
  • 20 g Protein powder (chocolate)
  • 5 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 250 g Low-fat quark
  • to taste Flavor powder (vanilla)
  • 40 g Dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk it well until frothy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until no lumps remain, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the milk into the mixture and stir until everything is well combined. The batter should be smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the low-fat quark with the flavor powder (vanilla) until creamy.
  6. Fill an oven-safe bowl or dish with the batter mixture and create a small well in the center for the quark.
  7. Add the low-fat quark into the well and spread it evenly. You can also spread some quark on the edges for more flavor.
  8. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and sprinkle them on top of the quark layer.
  9. Bake the bowl for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven. It’s done when the edges are firm but the center jiggles slightly. Check after 10 minutes.
  10. After baking, remove the bowl from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
